Big Top utilizes two distinct methods for merchandise printing: screen printing and direct-to-garment printing. Big Top is able to print anywhere from 1 shirt to 10,000 shirts.

Screen printing is done at our main facility. We operate three automatic machines that are each able to print over 1,000 shirts a day. Screen printing is designed to print quality garments in bulk quantities.

Direct-to-garment printing is the state-of-the-art process that uses inkjet technology to print color packed designs, logos, and graphics on any garment within minutes. Our simple and effective printing process guarantees a no-hassle experience with minimal waiting while maintaining the highest quality of service within the industry.
